So, the crossed fingers did not work so well...Okay so I am officially Neutropenic... what that means is I have a very low white blood cell count. And am very susceptible to infection...So I cannot have any visitors and the kids have to be ...depressurized and wear space suits when they come in...lol But really no visitors, no crowds. Dad and I were gonna stop and pick up my vegetable plants and a few flowers...But not allowed... they even took my watermelon away ...Cannot drink the bottled water I have been living on, has to be reverse osmosis water or distilled... If someone has a chickenpox vaccine they cannot come around me for 6 weeks! and no live vaccines around me either. My count was .8 and they won't even consider chemo till it is 1.5 so praying my counts go back up. Nofrmal counts are from 1.5 to 8.0 so mine is really low, will recheck the counts on the 15th which is my next scheduled chemo if they are up then I will get chemo... If not then I will have to wait till they come up to get chemo again as well as most likely get the dreaded neulasta shoe that causes severe bone pain. The nurse said Dr. Dai is trying really hard to avoid the shots for me since the other side effects have been so harsh on me...Pretty much everything I was wanting to do like flowers are a no and everything I have been able to eat is a no...This is serious business... So as much as I love you all I have to pass on visits...for now. :( but that's okay I am not gonna sweat it... God has a plan and a reason that things may be held up...It is what it is... ♥ Feeling exhausted and gonna give into the urge to crawl into bed until my body tells me its time to get back up...Then I will be back at it...they did not take my crafts or painting away :) Just have to watch very carefully for any sign of infection and cannot take any chances with germs...
